Reference note
Rockstar describes a special commission from Wyman to locate abandoned and unfinished project cars and restore them. The number of cars, mission order, and vehicle statistics are not yet confirmed.
What this record confirms
The primary source confirms the published name and the availability context shown in the fact panel. It does not by itself confirm price, performance, mission timing, repeatability, or whether a comparable standard-game option exists.
How this record will be updated
After direct testing becomes possible, GGWaypoint can add acquisition steps, chapter access, costs, restrictions, and patch-specific behavior. Blank values remain unverified until a source or repeatable test supports them. See the Ultimate Edition guide for the complete package context.
