Verified overview
Brian Heder is a veteran drug runner connected to the Leonida Keys. Rockstar places his background in the region’s earlier smuggling era. His operation still uses a boat yard; Lori, his third wife, works alongside him.
Jason, Cal and Brian’s work
Jason Duval receives rent-free accommodation at one of Brian’s properties in return for helping with local shakedowns. Brian delegates the dirty work rather than handling everything himself.
Cal Hampton is another associate of Brian’s and a friend of Jason. That relationship is stated in Cal’s profile, rather than Brian’s.
What the arrangement does—and does not—establish
Editorial interpretation: the housing arrangement helps explain why a reader should pay attention to Brian when following Jason’s circumstances. It gives the character relationship a concrete basis; our Jason and Lucia story guide considers the broader narrative setup.
Keep the accommodation and boat yard distinct. A description of where Jason stays does not identify that residence as the yard itself. It also does not establish a property-buying menu, a business-management system or player ownership.
Official appearances and evidence
Brian has a named section in Only in Leonida. Rockstar’s screenshot library separately lists Brian Heder 01, 02, 03 and 04. These asset names are useful references when comparing promotional material; this record does not assign them mission names or chronological order.
What remains unverified here
The cited evidence does not establish Brian as a mission giver, explain any player-facing business system, or specify rewards for Jason’s work. It does not provide a precise property address, a full history of Brian’s marriages, or a detailed role for Cal within the operation. None of those gaps is filled with leaks or inferred gameplay.
