Grassrivers

Grassrivers: verified overview

Grassrivers is one of the destinations Rockstar presents within Leonida, the setting of Grand Theft Auto VI. Its official introduction describes a wetland landscape with mangroves and explicitly mentions alligators. That establishes an environmental identity, not a list of playable wildlife activities.

What Rockstar officially confirms

The Grassrivers presentation makes alligators a prominent part of the region’s character. It also hints at other predators and unusual discoveries without identifying them. Those teasers do not establish additional animal species, named secrets or collectible locations, so this record does not supply a checklist.

What the official screenshots show

Grassrivers 03 shows two people in an airboat surrounded by alligators, with one occupant aiming a firearm. The image documents the depicted animals and scene; it does not demonstrate player-controlled hunting, animal attacks, spawn rules or rewards.

Grassrivers 02 shows a motorboat approaching waterside buildings on piers. Rockstar’s caption identifies the distant skyline as Vice City. This is evidence of the published view, not proof of a final route, distance or travel time between the locations. Neither the buildings’ interiors nor their availability to the player is established by the image.

How to read the regional context

Editorial interpretation: the selected images present Grassrivers as both wetland scenery and a place with waterside settlement. They should not be read as a complete account of everything in the region. Our GTA 6 Map Guide explains how these regional presentations fit into the wider Leonida setting and why scenery cannot establish precise map boundaries.

Use the Interactive Location Explorer to browse the named destinations. Its pins are illustrative navigation aids, not Rockstar coordinates or a measured route map.

What remains unknown

The material cited here does not establish Grassrivers’ final boundaries, exact coordinates, travel times, named camps, mission locations or enterable buildings. It also does not confirm hunting mechanics, wildlife missions, attack behaviour, collectible systems or specific rewards. Alligator presence is confirmed environmental context; those gameplay questions remain separate.
