The current announcement

Rockstar’s GTA VI website lists 19 November 2026 and shows PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Its support material lists those console platforms for pre-orders. The sources checked for this article do not list a PC purchase option.

Why old search results can be confusing

An older article may accurately describe an earlier announcement but no longer describe the current plan. Search snippets, reposted graphics and saved screenshots can continue circulating after an update. Check the publication date and, more importantly, whether the article links to the latest official notice.

Platform questions to keep separate

  • Which platforms are named in the announcement?
  • Which store listing are you actually opening?
  • Does that listing match your console and account region?
  • Is the claim about launch availability or a possible later release?

Do not turn the absence of a listed version into a permanent prediction. Equally, do not turn community expectations into an announced platform or a promised launch date.

A practical final check

Before arranging a purchase or a download, open Rockstar’s current page and the relevant platform listing. Use an announcement as the source of the date and a store listing as the source of your order details. A guide can explain those details, but it cannot guarantee that an external schedule will remain unchanged.
